| Who May Join SCA? Membership in the Sacramento Claims Association is limited to those individuals and companies whose primary business is the provision of goods and services directly to insurance carriers. Eligibility to join the SCA is limited to those individuals and companies who meet this criteria. As a general policy, Public Adjusters and their agents are not allowed to join the SCA. The Board of Directors will entertain requests for individual exceptions to this policy, however such requests for an exception must be submitted in writing to the SCA. The determination of whether an exception to this policy will be granted is at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of the SCA. If you have any questions about this membership policy, please contact the SCA Board of Directors in writing as soon as possible.” |
